By accessing or using our website, mobile application, and services (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ServiceSeeker LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

ServiceSeeker connects individuals and businesses seeking services ("Seekers") with independent professionals and service providers ("Providers"). We provide the platform for these parties to connect, schedule, and manage service requests.

ServiceSeeker is a marketplace platform. We do not provide the services listed. Providers are independent contractors and not employees, partners, representatives, agents, joint venturers, or franchisees of ServiceSeeker LLC. We do not perform, direct, or control the services provided by Providers and do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of their services.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information.
  • Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access to your account.
  • Notify us immediately if you discover or suspect any security breaches related to your account.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
  • Harass, threaten, demean, embarrass, or otherwise harm any other user of the Platform.
  • Post false, misleading, or deceptive content.
  • Interfere with security-related features of the Platform.
  • Use any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access the Platform for any purpose without our express written permission.

5. Fees and Payments

Seekers may be required to pay fees to Providers for services rendered. ServiceSeeker may charge fees for the use of the Platform, which will be disclosed to you prior to making any payment. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Payments are processed through third-party payment processors. By using our payment services, you agree to be bound by the applicable terms and conditions of those third-party providers.

6. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of ServiceSeeker LLC and its licensors. The Platform is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of ServiceSeeker LLC.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. ServiceSeeker LLC makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the use or the results of this web site in terms of its correctness, accuracy, reliability, or otherwise. ServiceSeeker LLC shall have no liability for any interruptions in the use of this Website.

8. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL SERVICESEEKER LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, AND IN PARTICULAR SERVICESEEKER LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, OR DAMAGES FOR LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF REVENUE, OR LOSS OF USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THIS WEB SITE OR THE INFORMATION CONTAINED IN IT, WHETHER SUCH DAMAGES ARISE IN CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, TORT, UNDER STATUTE, IN EQUITY, AT LAW, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF SERVICESEEKER LLC HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

11. SMS & Messaging Terms

By opting in to SMS notifications on your account profile, you consent to receive text messages from ServiceSeeker related to your projects, bids, quotes, and account activity. Message frequency varies based on your activity.

  • Opt-Out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe, or disable SMS notifications in your Profile Settings.
  • Help: Reply HELP for assistance, or email info@serviceseeker.com.
  • Message & Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.
  • Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Privacy: Your phone number will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
